Nordbahnstraße 39/1a, between the Nordbahnviertel and Praterstern. Two minutes on foot from the Nordbahnstraße tram stop, one stop or ten minutes from Praterstern. The neighbourhood around: Nordbahnviertel to the north, Stuwerviertel to the east, Karmeliterviertel to the south. If you live in the second district, you're generally here in under a quarter of an hour.
