- Indefinitely. We deliberately set no expiry date — a short deadline is annoying for a present and legally questionable anyway.
- What if the service costs less than the card?
- The remainder stays on the card as credit and can be used on the next visit.
- What can it be redeemed for?
- Anything in the salon on Nordbahnstraße — haircuts, beards, colour, and the products for at home.
- How quickly does it arrive?
- Immediately. Confirmation of payment triggers the delivery; as a rule the card is in the inbox within a minute.
- Can I withdraw?
- Yes, within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as the card has not been redeemed.
