A Signature Full Service runs up to 110 minutes. We do not work to a clock, we work until it sits right.
Advice that disagrees
If a cut does not suit your head shape, we say so — and show you what works instead.
Hygiene you can see
Tools are disinfected after every client and the station is cleaned. That is the rule for razors anyway — here it applies to everything else too.

By public transport
Tram 5 or O to Nordbahnstraße, then about 150 metres on foot. From Praterstern (U1, U2, S-Bahn) that is one stop — or roughly ten minutes walking.

How much is a men's haircut in Vienna at ONYX Cuts?
A haircut starts at €42 — that covers the consultation, wash, cut, styling, product advice for at home and a drink. Hair and beard together start at €68, and the Signature Full Service with shave and facial treatment runs between €110 and €130 depending on hair length. You see the exact price during online booking, before you confirm.
Do you speak English?
Yes. The team speaks German, English, Turkish and Arabic. Say what you want in whichever of them is easiest — the consultation matters more than the language it happens in.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
You can try, but we cannot promise anything — on busy days we are booked straight through. Better to book online: you see immediately which barber has time when, and the slot is yours.
How long does an appointment take?
A haircut on its own about 45 minutes, hair and beard a good hour, the Signature Full Service up to 110 minutes. We plan generously on purpose, so nobody gets squeezed between two clients.
Is the wash included in the price?
Yes, always. So is the drink. We see no point in charging separately for things that should be a given.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes, up to twelve years for €33 including styling. Weekday mornings are calmest, when there is less going on in the shop.
Do you do colour and perms?
Yes. Colour starts at €90, a perm at €160 — and both include the full haircut: consultation, wash, cut, styling, advice and a drink. Nothing is added on top. Both by appointment, because we plan considerably more time for them.
Where can I park?
BOE Garage Praterstern, Nordbahnstraße 49 — practically opposite. By public transport: tram 5 or O, one stop from Praterstern to Nordbahnstraße.
What if I do not like the cut?
Come back within a week and we put it right. No argument and no extra charge. It rarely happens, but it should not even become a question.
